Another high season is almost on us and yachts are being chartered aplenty for December onwards. All the usual haunts that yachties have to see are always here, Phang Nga Bay, James Bond Island, Phi Phi, Hong Islands and the such.
Unless we can get the Government to make these places off limits to mortal tourists and leave them just for us sailors we have to share with the hordes.
So we are not mortal, we want what we want, unspoilt crystal clear water, white soft beaches, peace, lovely breeze and maybe a bit of romance on a lovely sailing yacht so where can we go ?
Well Koh Lipe and the surrounding area is only a day sail away 88 miles with stop over points on the way that are just as beautiful. Take a look at this, it could be you next week if you wanted!
